We Built, Because We’ve Been There
Ivorymade was founded because both of founders, Sun and Dr. Oliver, saw the same problem in dentistry:
dentists and staff are overwhelmed not by dentistry, but by all the work surrounding it.
Sun grew up watching his father practice dentistry for over 35 years — caring deeply for patients while carrying the weight of running a practice, managing staff, coordinating with suppliers, and handling endless administrative tasks. He saw how little time was left for rest, family, or himself, despite decades of dedication.
Oliver experienced these pressures firsthand as a dentist. He saw how unclear lab communication, missing files, and inefficient workflows created avoidable stress for both clinicians and staff. Over time, he realized his true passion was helping hardworking dentists reduce this burden — not adding to it.
Together, we spent more than two decades working with practices across the industry, listening to dentists, assistants, office managers, and lab technicians all describe the same frustrations: delayed responses, miscommunication, unnecessary remakes, and countless hours lost to admin work.
So we founded Ivorymade to solve these problems at the root — bringing clarity, structure, and simplicity to the lab workflow so dental teams can work more efficiently and confidently.
