Pricing & Credit Memo Policy
Last updated:

Effective Date: November 15, 2025
1. Purpose
This Policy explains how Ivorymade provides price adjustments and credit memos to dental practices.
2. Account Basis
All pricing and credit memos apply to the same customer account that generated the underlying purchases. Credits are not transferable between practices, locations, or individuals.
3. Invoicing
Credit memos, when applicable, appear as a separate line on the invoice or statement. They reduce the balance on future invoices for the same customer account. Credit memos are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for other values.
4. Eligibility
Credit memos may be issued in connection with purchase volume, promotions, or other programs defined by Ivorymade. Eligibility is determined solely by Ivorymade.
5. Accrual and Application
Credit memos accrue from the customer account’s own purchases only. They may be applied automatically to the next invoice or according to the schedule communicated with the account. Unused credit memos expire if not applied within the period stated on the invoice or promotional terms.
6. Documentation
All price adjustments and credit memos are documented through the invoice or credit memo provided to the account. Customers should retain invoices and credit memos for their internal accounting purposes.
7. Non-Transferability
Credit memos are account specific. They cannot be transferred to another practice or individual, applied to balances outside the issuing account, or used to offset unrelated obligations.
8. Modifications
Ivorymade may adjust or discontinue credit memo programs at any time. Any changes will be applied prospectively and reflected on future invoices or communications.
9. Governing Terms
This Policy forms part of Ivorymade’s general terms of service and may be updated to reflect business or regulatory requirements. In the event of conflict, this Policy governs pricing and credit memo practices.
10. Referral Codes
A referral code is a unique code linked to a customer account. When a referral code is used during account setup or service enrollment, the accounts involved may receive additional credit memos. These credit memos are account-specific, non-transferable, and applied as price adjustments on future invoices. Amounts and availability are determined solely by Ivorymade and may change at any time.
